Tournament meals are priced per person (unless noted otherwise) and include applicable taxes and gratuity. Meals should be reserved in the initial stages of booking your tournament. We appreciate confirmation of the final numbers for the meal and tournament one week prior to the event.
The following meals are served in buffet-style format; plated service available upon request for Steak and Prime-rib packages. All meals include Bread Basket, Salad, Main Course and Dessert with Coffee and Tea. Upgrade your package with additional salads, appetizer platters or beverage tickets for the bar.
A large selection of Italian Cuisine including Chicken Parmesan, Italian Sausages with Bell Peppers, Penne Pasta, Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Glaze, Garlic and Herb Roasted Potatoes, Caesar Salad and Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Dinner Rolls. Meal concludes with an Assorted Dessert Table with Coffee and Tea Station.
Buffet service includes Slow-Roasted Quarter Chicken and Savoury BBQ Ribs served with Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, and Baked Potato. Buffet also includes Bakery Rolls with Butter, Caesar Salad and an assortment of Hand-held Pastries served with Coffee and Tea for Dessert.
AAA Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus served with Red-skinned Garlic Mashed Potato and Julienne Vegetables. This meal starts with a Caesar Salad and Bakery Rolls with Butter and concludes with Assorted Hand-held Desserts, Coffee and Tea.
Grilled to medium, an 8 oz. NY Strip served with Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables with a Balsamic glaze. Buffet also includes Caesar Salad and Bakery rolls with Butter and concludes with Assorted Hand-held Desserts, Coffee and Tea.
