Golf Course Rules & Etiquette

At Knollwood Golf Club, we are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all players, guests, and staff. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we ask that all golfers adhere to the following rules and etiquette guidelines:

By booking a tee time, you agree to the following:

  • Horseplay, intoxication, rude, abusive, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Groups are limited to a maximum of four players unless authorized by the Pro Shop.

  • Maintain pace of play with the group ahead.

  • Repair ball marks, and replace divots

  • Power carts must be operated responsibly and kept away from tees, greens, and restricted areas.

  • Players are responsible for all damage to carts, property, and equipment.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these rules and conditions.

Customer Dress Code Policy

Knollwood Golf Club’s Modern Dress Code respects golf traditions while allowing for comfort and current fashion:

  • Men: Preferred attire is a collared golf shirt with slacks or walking shorts. Tee shirts, jeans, and non-traditional golf shorts are permitted. Gym shorts, beachwear, muscle shirts, cut-offs, and bare midriffs are not permitted. Shirts must be worn at all times.

  • Ladies: Preferred attire is a golf shirt with or without sleeves/collar and slacks, shorts, skirts, or skorts. Shirts with wide straps are permitted. Beachwear, spaghetti straps, halter tops, cut-offs, and bare midriffs are not permitted.

  • Footwear: Golf shoes, running shoes, golf sandals, or rubber-soled footwear that will not damage the greens must be worn.
